Job description:
We are searching for a dynamically inclined Visualizer and 3D designer for our team.
She/He should be well-versed in designing concepts. knowledge of designing software like 3D Max, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and intermediate knowledge of Corel Draw, etc.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a Pop, Retail makeover to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients.
- Understand the client brief and conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind the client’s brief
- Creation of new design concepts
- Making design concepts for internal consumption for a wide array of media.
- Getting concepts from paper to 3D.
Job specification:

Responsibilities
- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
- Maintaining and Reconciliation of daybook, employees, vendors, and contractors account ledgers.
- Head wise voucher/journal entries and general ledger. Handling of cash, validating & processing freight invoices.
- Preparation and computing of tax i.e.
- Monitor and resolve bank issues and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Analyse financial trends
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements and skills

- Inventory (Min and Max).
- Oversee the incoming and outgoing material.
- Monitor stock rotation to prevent product expiration or damage.
- To make an inventory record in Excel sheet (Daily, weekly, monthly).
- Process client orders accurately and efficiently.
- To keep record of actual Raw material in both hard copy and softcopy.
- To make a specific time to issue material for work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment rates, and store performance metrics.
- To follow ISO rule and regulation.

Vendor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favourable terms and conditions.
- Regularly assess vendor performance and take necessary actions to ensure optimal service.
Purchase Order Processing:
- Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor purchase order status and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
- Identify and address inventory shortages or excesses.
